All prices and time estimates are based on homes with average cleanliness. If the home requires more extensive cleaning due to excessive buildup, clutter, or neglect, additional time may be required. If the job will take longer than expected, we would reach out to you and

re-evaluate from there. We would either take rooms off to fit within your original budget or let you know cost of additional time needed.

✅ If the cleaner has extra time in their schedule, they can then continue cleaning with new agreed upon budget.

✅ If no extra time is available, a follow-up appointment may be needed to complete the job.

✅ If you choose not to extend the time, the cleaner will focus on the most important areas within the scheduled timeframe. Please communicate any specific needs or concerns with us in advance so we can ensure the best cleaning experience for you!
